Thanks for keeping me on your watch list--though if you read my most recent journal entry, you may start to wonder why you bothered. Mmm-mmm, dA drama....
And, I know what you're going through with the workshop/etc thing. However, if you write novels, companies usually don't mind if you post the first couple of chapters and keep the rest private. I don't know what to suggest for short stories/etc, but, for instance, I post stuff that I'm "serious" about in workshop places that are a bit more private/protected than dA, like critiquecircle and scribophile, because then it's not "self-published for all the world to see," it's "displayed to a small writing community for feedback."
